To begin or renew your Active DCTV membership, you must supply a valid ID & separate documentation of your home address, in addition to your membership application and fee. Click here to see the list of accepted documents.

You can also join as a Supporting Friend of DCTV (with voting privileges, but without active use of DCTV facilities & services).

Please provide a copy of one of the following along with your Application:
        

 
   *  Business License license or other official document that verifies the name and        address
 
OR
     *  Annual Report or certificate of tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status.
