The DCTV Programming Department has initiated new procedures as it relates to developing programs, encoding and submitting programs to the programming department.

Effective October 6, 2008, you will be able to download an all-new program submission from the DCTV website, and submit it in person, via email or by fax. The form will be available at the DCTV offices as well. A brand new DCTV Encoding Facility will open on October 6, and will house dedicated computer stations for the self guided producer to transfer their completed programs (from DVD or DVCam) into our digital servers.

All submitting member producers are encouraged to take the free one-hour orientation class to become aware of changes to our programming process.
